ExecutiveLongevityReset.com reserves the right to update and change these Terms, as well as all documents incorporated by reference, by posting updates and/or changes to our Website. Cancellation Policy
All payments made for the Executive Longevity Reset Retreat are **non-refundable** due to the significant upfront costs associated with each participant’s booking. This policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made. To protect your investment, we **strongly recommend** that all attendees purchase a “Cancel for Any Reason” travel insurance policy within 14 days of booking. This insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel for any reason not covered by standard insurance policies. Recommended providers include Allianz and Travel Guard, both of which offer comprehensive plans tailored for international travel. It’s crucial that your policy covers the total cost of your retreat, including flights, accommodations, and any additional services purchased. Failure to obtain travel insurance will result in full forfeiture of any payments made if you are unable to attend. By making a payment, you acknowledge understanding of and agreement to this policy.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. The information we collect is used solely to enhance your experience with our retreat services. Medical & Health**
Your health and safety are our top priorities, but we recognize that each individual’s wellness journey is unique. By participating in the Executive Longevity Reset Retreat, you agree that you are voluntarily engaging in activities that may involve physical exertion, emotional exploration, and dietary changes. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before attending the retreat to ensure that you are fit to participate. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries to our staff before your arrival. We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any wellness recommendations made during the retreat are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice. You agree that you are solely responsible for your health and well-being during the retreat and that we are not liable for any health-related issues that may arise during or after your participation. This includes any adverse reactions to food, supplements, or activities provided during the retreat.
Responsibilities of the Guest
As a participant in the Executive Longevity Reset Retreat, you are expected to adhere to all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by our staff. This includes following all safety protocols, respecting other guests and staff, and maintaining the integrity of the retreat environment. You are responsible for your own belongings and are advised to take appropriate precautions to safeguard your valuables. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property. Additionally, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that does not disrupt the experience for other guests. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or dangerous may result in your immediate removal from the retreat without a refund. You are also responsible for understanding the risks associated with the activities offered and participating at your own discretion. By attending the retreat, you agree to fully comply with all the terms set forth herein and understand that failure to do so may result in legal action or other consequences.
Fee & Payment Terms
All fees for the Executive Longevity Reset Retreat are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. This includes any additional services, upgrades, or products purchased in conjunction with your retreat package. Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis but must be arranged and agreed upon in writing prior to the initial payment. All payments must be completed in U.S. dollars and can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods as specified at the time of booking. If you fail to make timely payments according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain any payments made. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by law. You acknowledge that by making a payment, you are agreeing to all the terms outlined in this document and that you are responsible for full payment of the retreat, even if you are unable to attend for any reason.
Services
The services provided during the Executive Longevity Reset Retreat include accommodations, meals, wellness activities, and educational sessions as described in your retreat package. All services are subject to change based on availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We strive to deliver the highest quality experience, but there may be times when certain activities or services are modified or replaced. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made where feasible. It is your responsibility to participate in the activities that best suit your abilities and interests. We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction or inconvenience caused by modifications to the schedule or services provided. All services are provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees regarding the specific outcomes or benefits of any activities offered during the retreat.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Perfect Day, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Executive Longevity Reset Retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims of injury, damage, loss, or harm resulting from your actions, failure to follow retreat guidelines, or breach of these terms and conditions. You agree that this indemnification obligation will survive your participation in the retreat and the termination of these terms. This clause ensures that you are financially responsible for any issues that arise from your conduct during the retreat, protecting the retreat organizers from undue legal or financial burdens.
Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to the venue on the grounds of an inconvenient forum or any similar grounds. This jurisdiction clause ensures that any legal matters are handled within a legal framework familiar to the retreat organizers, streamlining the resolution process and reducing potential complications.
